Create a Practitioner Account

Practitioner Account Registration Guide

To create your practitioner account, begin by navigating to the Practitioner Registration page provided by your dispensary.

Step-by-Step Registration

  1. Complete the registration form by entering your details.

  2. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled in before you can proceed.

  3. Upload your license or credentials where prompted.

  4. Review your information for accuracy.

  5. At the bottom of the form, check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

  6. Click Submit to send your registration.

What Happens Next?

  • Once you submit the form, your registration is sent to the dispensary administrator for review.

  • The dispensary admin must approve your account before you can log in.

  • After your account is approved, you will automatically receive a welcome email with instructions on how to access your account.
