What Is an Infosheet?

An infosheet is a printable document provided to patients that contains detailed information about a formula or product. Infosheets are fully customizable, allowing you to control layout, content, styling, and which data is displayed.

A major enhancement in the new system is the ability to create infosheets for products, in addition to custom formulas.

A help video is available within this section.

Types of Infosheets

Custom Formula Infosheets

  • Each herb/formula type requires its own infosheet (e.g., raw/bulk vs. granules)

  • You may create:

    • One infosheet for all formulas of a given herb type

    • Different infosheets per dosage mode

Product Infosheets (New Feature)

  • Create infosheets:

    • Per product

    • Per product category

    • For all products

Multiple Infosheets

  • You may create multiple infosheets with:

    • Different layouts or styles

    • Different languages

  • One infosheet is always marked as the default

  • Practitioners can choose an alternative infosheet if more than one is available

  • If dosage-mode–specific infosheets exist, each dosage mode may have its own default

Viewing Infosheets

Navigate to:
Admin > Settings > Design > New Infosheets

From this list you can see:

  • Infosheet name

  • Formula type (dosage mode)

  • Page size

  • Default status

  • Visibility status

Status Types

  • Draft – Not available for use

  • Show to Practitioner – Available in practitioner accounts

  • Private – Admin-only; hidden from practitioners

Available actions:

  • Edit

  • Copy (infosheets can only be copied within the same herb type due to differing fields)

Creating an Infosheet

Navigate to:
Admin > Settings > Design > New Infosheets

If your dispensary was set up prior to August 2021, you may be using the legacy system.
Go to Settings and switch to the New System to use the new infosheet builder. You can switch back at any time.

Start Options

  • Start from Scratch (blank page)

  • Start from a Template (recommended for faster setup)

About Containers

Infosheets are built using containers (sections). Containers can be:

About Fields

Fields represent labeled data placed inside containers.
