Export Data

Export Data

The Export Data feature allows you to download key information from your dispensary in CSV format. Exporting data is useful for reporting, backups, audits, and bulk updates.


Where to Export Data

Navigate to:

Admin > Settings > Data > Export


Available Export Types

On the Export page, select the tab corresponding to the data you want to export.

You can export the following data sets:

  • Single Herb Ingredients

  • Products

  • Herb Products (Custom Products)

  • Premix Formulas

  • Inventory

  • Formula Templates

  • Orders

  • Pricing

  • Supplier Products


How to Export Data

  1. Go to Admin > Settings > Data > Export

  2. Click the tab for the data type you want to export

  3. Click the Export button

  4. A CSV file will be generated and downloaded to your computer


Export File Format

  • All exports are generated in CSV format

  • Files can be opened in Excel or other spreadsheet programs

  • CSV exports are commonly used for bulk edits, reporting, and imports


Best Practices

  • Keep exports as backups before making bulk changes

  • Use exported files as templates for import or update workflows

  • Name and store exported files clearly for future reference
