Formulas Dashboard Overview
The Formulas Dashboard provides a complete, practitioner-specific history of formulas created within the dispensary.
-
Practitioners only see formulas they have personally created or have permission to access.
-
Admins will only see formulas belonging to the currently active practitioner. When the active practitioner is changed, the formula list updates accordingly.
This dashboard allows users to quickly search, review, reuse, and manage formulas over time while ensuring practitioner data remains properly separated and secure.
Finding and Filtering Formulas
At the top of the dashboard, practitioners can narrow down their formula list using several filters:
-
Search Formula Names – Search by formula name.
-
Formula Builder Type – Filter by the formula builder used (e.g., Granules, Tinctures).
-
Created By – View formulas created by a specific practitioner.
-
Date Range – Filter formulas created within a specific time period.
These filters make it easy to locate past formulas, even in large dispensaries with extensive formula histories.
