Inventory Levels

Navigate to Admin → Inventory → Inventory Levels to view current stock quantities across your dispensary.

The Inventory Levels page provides real-time visibility into how much inventory you have on hand for each item, helping you manage stock availability and avoid shortages.

Inventory Levels Options & Fields

Search

Search for any herb, product, or premix in your inventory.

Filter

Filter inventory results by:

  • Item Type

  • Product Category

  • Herb Category

  • Inventory Level

  • Supplier

Average Used per Day

Displays the average quantity consumed or sold per day, calculated from the last 30 days.

Average Used per Month

Displays the average quantity consumed per month, calculated from the last 6 months of usage.

Available

Shows the current quantity available for each item in your dispensary.

Low Threshold

Defines the minimum stock level for an item.

  • When available inventory falls below this value, the item is flagged as low stock during order fulfillment.

  • You can filter inventory to display only items below this threshold.

Committed Inventory

When an order is submitted, the requested quantities are placed into a committed state to prevent overselling.

  • Committed inventory is reserved for open orders.

  • You can control whether inventory is committed—and for how long—by adjusting settings at
    Admin → Settings → Inventory.

Actions

Use View Lots to see detailed lot-level inventory for a specific item.

This view gives you the tools needed for proactive inventory management and informed purchasing decisions.
