Markup Credits
Navigate to Admin → Practitioners → View Practitioner Profile → Markups to manage and review practitioner credits.
Overview
When credits / markups are enabled, this section allows the dispensary admin to manage a practitioner’s credit balance and review the full history of credit activity. Credits are typically generated from practitioner markups and can be used for payments or withdrawn, depending on your configuration.
Credit Management Options
Add Credits
The dispensary admin can manually add credits to a practitioner’s account. This is useful for adjustments, corrections, or special allowances.
Delete Credits
The dispensary admin can remove credits from a practitioner’s account if needed. This may be used to correct errors or reverse credits that were added incorrectly.
Credit History & Reporting
All Transactions
Displays a complete ledger of all credit activity for the practitioner, including both incoming and outgoing credits.
Credits Received
Shows only credits that have been added to the practitioner’s account, including credits earned from markups or added by the admin.
Credits Used
Displays credits that have been applied toward:

Paying for orders

Reductions due to withdrawals
Withdrawals
Shows all credit withdrawal transactions where a practitioner has requested to redeem credits from their account.
Notes & Best Practices

Credit balances update immediately after each transaction.

Credits used for orders or withdrawals are deducted from the available balance.

Practitioners cannot withdraw more credits than their available balance.

Reviewing transaction history helps ensure transparency and accurate financial tracking.
