Navigate to Admin → Inventory → Modify to adjust existing inventory levels.
The Modify Inventory page allows you to increase or decrease stock quantities for any herb, product, or premix in your dispensary.
In a blank row, enter the herb, product, or premix name, or scan the item’s barcode to automatically populate the row.
Select the appropriate lot number.
Review the current stock level, which is displayed for the selected lot.
Adjust the inventory using one of the following methods:
Enter the desired final quantity in the New Stock Level field, or
Increase or decrease the quantity by entering a value in the Amount field.
(Optional) Enter a comment to document the reason for the adjustment.
Click Submit.
After submitting, a success screen will appear allowing you to review and verify the changes.
If you do not see a success screen, the inventory was not modified.
This process ensures accurate inventory corrections while maintaining proper audit tracking within your dispensary.
