The Order Details page provides a complete, end-to-end view of a single order. This is where you can review payment status, see what was ordered, manage refills, and access all documents related to the order.
You can reach this page by clicking an Order ID from Order History.
At the top of the page you’ll see a summary of the order, including:
Order Date – When the order was placed
Order # – The unique order reference
Order Status – Current state of the order (e.g., Payment Complete)
Payment Method – How the order was paid
Payment Status – Whether payment has been received
Paying Party – Who is responsible for payment
Ordered By – Practitioner who created the order
Shipping Details – Address and fulfillment information
This section gives you a quick snapshot of the order’s lifecycle.
On the right side of the page you may see:
Cancel Order – Stop the order if it has not yet been processed
Re-Order – Create a new order using the same items
View Label – Preview the shipping or product label
View Infosheet – View the patient-facing instruction sheet
Availability of these actions depends on order status and your dispensary’s settings.
This section lists everything included in the order:
Item Name – Formula or product
Item Type – Custom formula or retail product
Patient – Who the item is for
Price – Base price
Quantity – Number of units
Markups – Additional charges
Total – Final line total
Each item includes an action menu for item-specific tools.
If refills were enabled, this area shows:
Item – Formula or product
Refills Allowed – Whether refills are active
Status – Used vs. remaining refills
Frequency – Minimum days between refills
Expires – Refill expiry date
Action – Edit refill settings
This lets you review or adjust ongoing treatment plans tied to the order.
Once an order ships, this section displays:
Carrier
Shipment date
Delivery standard
Tracking number
Tracking link
If nothing appears, the order has not yet been shipped.
The right-hand panel shows a full financial breakdown, including:
Sub-total
Markups
Shipping
Insurance
Order and processing fees
Formula fees
Number of herbs in the formula
Grand Total
This ensures full transparency into how the final price is calculated.
The Order Details page is your single source of truth for an order—combining clinical, operational, and financial information in one place so you can quickly review, manage, and support each patient order.
