Practices

A Practice allows you to group multiple practitioners under a single umbrella so they can share data with one another. This is ideal for clinics, schools, or multi-practitioner environments where formulas, patients, and activity need to be visible within a defined group.

Practices make it possible for practitioners within the same clinic or organization to collaborate while remaining separate from other practices in the system.


Managing Practices

From the Practices tab, you can:

  • View all practices you own or belong to

  • See how many members are in each practice

  • Edit a practice you own

  • Manage members

  • Create a new practice using Add Practice

To create a practice:

  1. Click Add Practice

  2. Enter a Practice Name

  3. Click Save Practice


Important Membership Rule

Practices can only include new practitioners.

Existing practitioners who already have accounts in the system cannot be added to a practice. When building a practice:

  • You may invite or create new practitioner accounts under that practice

  • You cannot attach practitioners who already exist outside of the practice

This ensures clear ownership, permissions, and data boundaries between independent accounts.

If you are planning to work as part of a group, it is important to create the practice before registering additional practitioners, so they can be added correctly from the start.


Sales Report (Per Practice)

The Sales Report tab allows you to:

  • Filter by practitioner

  • Select date ranges

  • Filter by order status

  • View financial activity across the practice

This provides visibility into performance and order activity across all practitioners within the same practice.
