Images - Custom Products
Product Images
When creating a new product, you may not have an image available right away. This setting allows you to define a default product image that will be displayed until a product-specific image is uploaded.
The default image is applied to all custom products that do not have their own image, not just newly created products. If the default image is changed, it will automatically update for any product without a custom image.
Uploading Product Images
Images can be uploaded using one of the following methods:

Upload from your computer

Enter a public URL from Google Drive or Dropbox
Alt Information
Alt text is displayed when images are disabled in a browser and is essential for accessibility. It provides descriptive information for users who are visually impaired and improves overall web accessibility.
Alt text is mandatory for all images and should accurately describe the image content.
Upload from Computer
Click Choose File, navigate to the image on your computer, and click Submit.
Once uploaded, the image will appear in the preview area along with its width and height.
Upload via URL
Enter a public URL from Google Drive or Dropbox and click Submit.
If the link is valid and public, the image will load in the preview area.
Image Size Limit
The maximum allowed image size is 100 KB. This limit ensures fast page loading and an optimized user experience across the webstore.
