The Product Search page allows you to quickly find ready-made products offered by your dispensary, such as supplements, topicals, or retail items that are not custom formulas.
This tool is designed to help you locate products efficiently during consultations or when building an order.
At the top of the page you will find:
Search for a Product – Enter a product name or keyword and click Search.
Category – Filter results by product category (if enabled by your dispensary).
Brand – Narrow results to a specific brand.
You can use any one of these fields on its own, or combine them to refine your results.
For example:
Search by name only to find a specific product.
Choose a Category to browse all products in that group.
Select a Brand to see everything from a particular manufacturer.
Once you search, matching products will appear in the list below. From there you can:
Review product details
Select items for ordering (if enabled)
Compare options before making a recommendation
The available filters, layout, and actions may vary depending on how your dispensary has configured the system.
