These refill settings apply only to products, not custom formulas. They allow you to define the default refill behavior whenever a product is added to an order.

When enabled, you can control:

• Refills – Turns refill capability on or off for products.

• Set Default Refills – Automatically applies these values to new product orders.

• No. of Refills Allowed – How many times the product can be reordered.

• Days Between Refills – The minimum number of days that must pass before another refill can be placed.

• Expires After (Days) – How long the refill permission remains active before expiring.

These values act as starting defaults for product orders and can still be adjusted on a per-order basis. They help standardize refill behavior for retail and catalog products across your practice.
