Stock Options - Custom Products
Product Stock Options
Default stock options are automatically applied when you create a new product. These settings control how out-of-stock items are displayed and handled within the practitioner portal.
Show Out of Stock to Users
Determines whether products that are out of stock are visible in the practitioner portal.

When enabled, out-of-stock products remain visible.

When disabled, out-of-stock products are hidden from view.
Allow Purchases When Out of Stock
Controls whether users can purchase a product that is currently out of stock.

Yes: Users may purchase the product even when inventory is unavailable. The order will be marked as backordered.

No: The Add to Cart button is hidden, preventing the product from being purchased.
