If you’ve forgotten your password, you can quickly reset it using the Forgot Password feature on the login page.
Click Forgot Password on the login screen.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Your username is always your email address.
Click Submit.
If an account exists with that email, a password reset email will be sent to you.
Important: For security reasons, an email is only sent if we can find an account with that exact email address.
Open the email and click the password reset link inside.
If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
After clicking the link, you’ll be taken to the Reset Password page.
Enter your new password.
Re-enter the same password to confirm it.
Click Submit.
Your password is now updated, and you can log in using your email address and new password.
If you do not receive the reset email, are unsure which email is associated with your account, or continue to experience issues, please contact your dispensary administrator or support for assistance.
