Sound Notifications

Navigate to Admin → Settings → Notifications → Sound Notifications to configure audio alerts for events in your dispensary.

Sound notifications allow you to assign specific sounds that play when key events occur, helping you stay aware of activity in real time.

Supported Notification Events

You can enable sound alerts for the following events:

  • A new order is placed

  • A new vouch request is submitted

  • A new practitioner registers

  • A practitioner requests credits

  • A practitioner uploads a logo

Existing Sounds

Your dispensary includes a library of preloaded sounds.

  • Click All Sounds to view the available options.

  • Use the Play button to preview each sound.

  • Ensure your computer speakers are connected and functioning properly.

Custom Sounds

You may upload your own sound files to create custom audio alerts.

  • Uploaded sounds can be assigned to specific notification events.

  • Custom sounds allow you to tailor alerts to your workflow preferences.

Sound notifications provide an additional layer of awareness, ensuring important events are not missed.
