The Suppliers section allows you to add, edit, organize, and remove suppliers used throughout your dispensary. Suppliers are referenced across products, ingredients, inventory, and purchasing workflows.
A supplier is any person or organization that provides products or services to your dispensary. This typically includes:
Ingredient vendors
Product manufacturers
Distributors or wholesalers
You can create and manage multiple suppliers, and a single product or ingredient can be associated with one or more suppliers.
All suppliers are displayed in the Suppliers table, which provides quick access to key information.
Each supplier has a unique Supplier ID
This ID may be required when:
Uploading products or ingredients via CSV
Mapping supplier data during bulk imports
The Supplier ID is displayed next to the supplier name in the table
The Position value controls the order in which suppliers appear:
In the supplier list
In supplier selection dropdowns throughout the dispensary
Lower numbers appear higher in the list
This is useful if you work frequently with certain suppliers and want them to appear at the top. For example, if you have many suppliers but only a few are commonly used, assigning them a lower position value improves efficiency.
From this section, you can:
Add new suppliers
Edit existing supplier details
Delete suppliers that are no longer needed
Reorder suppliers by adjusting their position
