You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account. All subscription changes are managed securely through Stripe, our payment provider.
Log in to your account
Navigate to Settings
Click Update Subscription
You will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal, where you can manage your subscription and billing details.
Once you are in the Stripe interface:
Locate your active subscription
Select the option to Change Plan
Choose the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to
Confirm your selection
Stripe will automatically apply the plan change based on your billing settings.
Upgrades typically take effect immediately
You may be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle
Downgrades usually take effect at the end of your current billing period
Your data and account settings remain unchanged
Feature access will adjust based on the selected plan
All plan changes must be completed through Stripe
We are unable to modify subscriptions on your behalf
Only the account owner or an admin with billing permissions can change plans
Available plans and pricing are shown directly in the Stripe portal
If you do not see the plan you expect, or encounter an issue updating your subscription, please contact support and include:
Your account email
The plan you are trying to switch to
Any error message you are seeing
