Vouching allows you to expedite patient orders by letting the dispensary fulfill and ship them before payment is received from the patient.
When vouching is enabled, you will see an additional option during checkout that allows you to “vouch” for an order. Selecting this option tells the dispensary to proceed with fulfillment immediately, without waiting for the patient to pay. This helps prevent treatment delays and ensures time-sensitive formulas are shipped right away.
If the order remains unpaid by your patient for 30 days after it is placed, your saved credit card will be charged instead.
During checkout, you can choose to vouch for an order.
The dispensary will prepare and ship the order immediately.
Your patient is still notified and asked to pay.
If payment is not received within 30 days, your credit card is charged automatically.
This feature is designed for practitioners who want full control over order timing and are comfortable guaranteeing payment on behalf of their patients.

Review the vouching terms displayed on the page.
Check both agreement boxes:
Requesting vouch privileges
Confirming you have read and agree to the terms
Click Send Request.
Your request will be reviewed by the dispensary. Once approved, the vouch option will appear during checkout.
A valid credit card must be on file at all times to maintain vouch privileges. If no active card is available, vouching will be disabled until one is added.
