If you encounter an error when submitting the cart, it is typically caused by one or more items having a price of 0.
The platform does not allow any item in the cart to have a zero price under any circumstance.
Even if you do not charge end users through the platform, a price value is still required for all items for validation and processing purposes.
The system requires every item to have a price greater than 0.
If an item shows a price of 0, the cart cannot be submitted.
This usually means the selected item does not currently have a selling price assigned in your catalog.
Follow the steps below to ensure all items have a valid price.
Navigate to Settings
Go to Data Settings
Select Export
Choose Export Prices
Download and open the CSV file on your computer
Review every row/item in the file
Ensure each item has a default selling price
The price cannot be 0
If needed, set a minimal value such as 0.01
Note: Even if pricing is not used for billing, a non-zero value is mandatory.
Save the updated CSV file to your computer
Return to Settings
Go to Data Settings
Select Import Existing Data
Choose Prices from the dropdown
Upload the saved CSV file
Complete the import to apply the changes
All items in your catalog will now have valid prices
The cart will submit successfully
This error will not occur again unless a new item is added with a price of 0
When adding new items to your catalog:
Always assign a default selling price
Use a minimal placeholder price (e.g., 0.01) if the item is not intended to be sold directly
