Practitioner Label & Infosheet Display Settings

This page allows you to define what practitioner contact and personal information appears on labels and infosheets. The information entered here is display-only and does not change the practitioner’s core profile details. It is specifically used to control how practitioner details are presented to patients on printed and digital materials.


Purpose of This Page

Use these settings to:

  • Customize how the practitioner’s name and contact details appear on formula labels

  • Control which clinic and address details appear on formula infosheets

  • Ensure consistent, professional branding across all patient-facing documents

This is especially useful when:

  • The practitioner wants a different public-facing name than their account name

  • Clinic details should appear instead of personal details

  • Multiple practitioners operate under a single clinic brand


Labels Tab

The Labels tab controls what information appears on formula labels.

You can enter or override the following fields:

  • Display Practitioner Name As (required)

  • Display Email As

  • Display Website As

  • Phone Number

Only the values entered here will appear on labels. If a field is left blank, it will simply be omitted from the label.


Infosheets Tab

The Infosheets tab controls what information appears on formula infosheets.

You can define:

  • Display Practitioner Name As

  • Display Email As

  • Display Website As

  • Phone Number

  • Display Clinic Name As

  • Display Street Address As

  • Display Street Address (cont.) As

  • Display City As

  • Display State As

  • Display Zip Code As

  • Display Country As

These fields allow you to present full clinic and contact details independently of the practitioner’s internal profile.


How These Settings Work

  • The values entered here are only used for display on labels and infosheets

  • They do not modify the practitioner’s login, billing, or account information

  • Practitioners can have different branding and contact details per dispensary

  • Changes take effect immediately after clicking Save Changes


Best Practices

  • Use a clinic name and clinic address for a more professional appearance

  • Keep label information concise to avoid overcrowding small label formats

  • Ensure required fields (such as practitioner name) are filled in before saving


Saving Changes

After entering or updating any information:

  1. Review the fields for accuracy

  2. Click Save Changes

  3. The updated information will be used on all future labels and infosheets
