Product Images

The Product Images section allows you to upload and manage images for your products. Images may be uploaded directly from your computer or added using a public link from Google Drive or Dropbox.

If no image is uploaded, the system will display the default product image. Instructions for setting a default product image are available here.

Local Upload

To upload an image from your computer:

1. Click Choose File and select the image file.

2. Enter Alt Text, which describes the image for users with images disabled and supports accessibility and SEO.
   Alt text is required.

URL Upload

To upload an image using a link:

1. Enter a public URL from Google Drive or Dropbox.
   The link must be public; private links will not work.

2. Enter Alt Text, which describes the image.
   Alt text is required.

Variant Image Upload

Each product variant requires an associated image.

• If you do not have unique images for each variant, you may reuse the same image.

• The image must still be uploaded separately for each variant.

• Use the variant dropdown to select which variant the image applies to.

Image List

All successfully uploaded images will appear in the Image List, where you can manage image settings.

Image List Fields

• Default Image
  Set which image is displayed first when viewing or searching for the product.

• Image Preview
  Thumbnail preview of the image.

• Position
  Adjust the display order of images.

• Status
  Indicates whether the image is active or inactive.

• Dimensions
  Displays the image width and height.

• Image Weight
  Shows the file size in kilobytes (KB).

• Image Type
  Indicates the file format (e.g., JPG, PNG, WebP).

• Alt
  View or edit the image’s alt text.

• Actions
  Use the red Delete button to remove the image.
