Authorize.net Integration

Navigate to Admin → Settings → Orders → Authorize.net Configuration to set up the Authorize.net payment gateway.

How to Integrate Authorize.net

Note: This guide assumes you already have an active Authorize.net account that is enabled to accept online credit card payments.

Setup Steps

1. Log in to your account at Authorize.net.

2. In the left navigation menu, under Account, click Settings.

3. Under Security Settings, select API Credentials and Keys.

4. Copy and save your Login ID.

5. Click Create New Keys if you do not already have API keys.

6. For security verification, Authorize.net may email you a one-time numeric code. If prompted, retrieve the code from your email and enter it to continue.

7. Once generated, copy and save your Transaction Key.

8. In your dispensary, go to Admin → Settings → Orders → Payments → Authorize.net → Configuration.

9. Paste your Login ID and Transaction Key into the appropriate fields.

10. Ensure the Sandbox option is unchecked for live transactions.

11. (Optional) To preauthorize a higher amount than the order total, enter either:

    • A flat amount, or

    • A percentage above the order value.

12. Enable the integration by checking the Active box.

Saving Credit Cards (Vault Access)

If you want users to save credit cards in your dispensary, you must contact your Authorize.net representative and confirm that Customer Information Manager (Vault) access is enabled on your account.
