You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account. Subscription management is handled securely through Stripe, our payment provider.
Log in to your account
Navigate to Settings
Click Update Subscription
You will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal, where all billing and subscription actions are managed.
Once you are in the Stripe interface:
Locate your active subscription
Click Cancel Subscription
Confirm the cancellation when prompted
Your subscription will be canceled according to your current billing period.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
You will not be charged again after cancellation
No data is deleted when you cancel
Access may be limited or downgraded once the billing period ends, depending on your plan
All billing changes (cancel, update payment method, upgrade/downgrade) must be completed through Stripe
We do not have the ability to cancel subscriptions on your behalf
If you do not see the Update Subscription option, ensure you are logged in as the account owner or admin
