Manage Add-Ons

How to Manage Subscription Add-Ons

Subscription add-ons allow you to extend your account with additional capacity and features. You can add or remove add-ons at any time directly from your account settings.


How to Access Add-On Management

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Navigate to Settings

  3. Click Manage Add-Ons

You will be taken to the subscription management interface, where you can control which add-ons are active on your account.


Available Subscription Add-Ons

Below is a list of the currently available add-ons and what each one provides.

Additional Orders

Increases the number of orders your account can process beyond the base plan limits.


Additional Products

Allows you to create and manage more products in your system.


Additional Practitioners

Adds extra practitioner seats, allowing more practitioners to access and use the platform.


Practitioner Portal

Enables access to the Practitioner Portal, allowing practitioners to log in, manage formulas, view orders, and interact with assigned workflows.


Patient Portal

Unlocks the Patient Portal, giving patients secure access to view orders, formulas, and relevant account information.


Shipping Functionality

Enables shipping-related features, including order fulfillment workflows, shipping carriers, and shipment tracking tools.


Inventory Functionality

Unlocks inventory management features such as inventory tracking, stock levels, and inventory controls.


Adding or Removing Add-Ons

Once you are in the Manage Add-Ons section:

  1. Review the list of available add-ons

  2. Select the add-ons you want to add or remove

  3. Confirm your changes

Your add-ons will be updated according to your billing cycle.


What Happens After You Update Add-Ons

  • Newly added add-ons may take effect immediately and may be billed on a prorated basis

  • Removed add-ons typically remain active until the end of the current billing period

  • Removing an add-on does not delete existing data

  • Feature access will automatically adjust based on your active add-ons


Important Notes

  • Only the account owner or users with billing permissions can manage add-ons

  • Add-ons are billed alongside your subscription

  • Certain features may require specific add-ons to be enabled before they become visible

  • All add-on changes are handled through the subscription management interface
