The Patient List page is where you view, search, add, and manage all patients in your account. This is the central hub for everything related to patient records and is typically the starting point before building formulas or placing orders.
Note: Every dispensary can customize Herb Dispenser.
Your screen may use different colors or branding, and some options may appear differently or not at all depending on how your dispensary is configured.
At the top-right of the page you may see:
Add New Patient – Manually create a new patient record.
Upload Patients – Import multiple patients at once using a CSV file.
These options allow you to quickly build or migrate your patient database.
The Search Patient area lets you quickly find someone in your list.
Use the main search bar to type a name, email, or phone number.
Click the magnifying glass or press Enter to search.
Use Advanced Search to filter by additional fields (if enabled by your dispensary).
On the right side of the table, you may also see a secondary “Search” field that filters the visible rows in real time.
Each row represents one patient. Common columns include:
Name – The patient’s full name.
Email – Email address on file.
Phone – Contact number.
Date – When the patient was created.
Created By – The practitioner who added the patient.
Actions – Quick-access icons for managing that patient.
You can:
Click column headers to sort the list (e.g., by name or date).
Change how many records are shown per page.
Use pagination to move through large lists.
The icons in the Actions column allow you to perform common tasks, such as:
View patient Order History
Edit patient information
Update Patient Addresses
View Patient Details
The exact icons may vary by dispensary configuration, but they are designed to give you fast access to patient-related workflows.
If enabled, the Download CSV option lets you export your patient list for reporting, backup, or use in other systems.
The Patient List page is designed to help you quickly locate patients, maintain accurate records, and move seamlessly into formula building and ordering—all from one place.
