The Order History page shows every order that has been placed through your account. It provides a complete record of patient orders, payment status, and fulfillment progress, allowing you to quickly find, review, and manage past and current orders.
This page is especially useful for answering patient questions, tracking payments, and reordering previous prescriptions or products.
At the top of the page, you can refine the list using:
Search – Find orders by order number or keyword.
Select Patient – View orders for a specific patient.
From Date / To Date – Filter orders by date range.
Order Status – Show only orders with a specific status (e.g., Payment Complete, Pending, Cancelled).
Click Search to apply your filters.
You can also control how many records are shown at once using the “Show X records” dropdown.
Each row represents a single order and includes:
Order ID – The unique reference number. Click to open full order details.
Patient Name – Who the order is for.
Order Date – When the order was placed.
Ordered By – The practitioner who created the order.
Order Total – Total price of the order.
Status – Current state of the order (e.g., Payment Complete, Order Placed to Admin).
Action – Tools for managing that order.
Click the three-dot (hamburger) menu in the Action column to access:
Cancel Order – Stop the order if it has not yet been processed.
View Order – Open the full order record with all details.
Re-Order – Create a new order using the same items and configuration.
View Label – Preview the shipping or product label (if available).
View Infosheet – View the patient-facing information sheet for the order.
The options available may vary depending on your dispensary’s workflow and the order’s status.
The Order History page gives you a centralized, searchable view of all activity across your practice, making it easy to track orders, resolve issues, and quickly repeat successful treatments.
