Within Order History, you will see sub-tabs such as:
Formulas – Custom formulas that have been ordered for this patient.
Orders – Completed orders and transactions.
Products – Any retail or non-formula products associated with this patient.
Your dispensary may enable or disable some of these tabs depending on configuration.
The Formulas tab displays all formulas previously ordered for this patient.
Columns typically include:
Formula Name – The name of the prescription or formula.
Type – Granule, tincture, capsule, etc.
Order Date – When the formula was ordered.
Ordered By – Which practitioner placed the order.
Refill – Indicates whether this formula is part of a refill plan.
Price – Cost of the order.
Actions – Quick actions for that formula.
You can:
Sort by any column.
Search within the list.
Adjust how many records are shown per page.
Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column to access:
View Formula – Open the original formula to review ingredients, dosage, and instructions.
Re-Order – Create a new order using the same formula without rebuilding it from scratch.
This allows you to quickly repeat common prescriptions or reference past work during follow-ups.
