Patient Order History

Navigate to Admin → Patients → Open Patient Profile → Order History to view a patient’s complete ordering activity.

The Order History section displays all orders, formulas, and products that have been placed for the patient.

Patient Order Summary

This view provides a high-level summary of all orders associated with the patient.

Order Summary Fields

  • Order #
    The invoice number for the order.

  • Order Date
    The date the order was submitted (not the payment date).

  • Ordered By
    Indicates whether the order was placed by the Practitioner or the Patient (patients typically place refill orders).

  • Paid By
    Shows who paid for the order.

  • Order Status
    The current status of the order.

  • Order Price
    The final total price of the order.
    To view a detailed pricing breakdown, open the order directly.

Order Actions

  • Re-Order
    Adds the order items back into the cart. If the order contains multiple items, you can choose which items to reorder.

  • Infosheet
    View, download, or email the infosheet to the patient or practitioner.

  • Invoice
    View, download, or email the invoice to the paying party.

Patient Formula History

The Formula Summary shows details of all formulas prescribed and ordered for the patient.

Formula History Fields

  • Formula Name
    The name of the formula.

  • Herb Type
    The herb form used in the formula.

  • Order #
    The order number associated with the formula. Click to view full order details.

  • Order Date
    The date the formula was ordered.

  • Ordered By
    Indicates whether the practitioner or patient initiated the order.

  • Price
    The price of the formula, excluding taxes and shipping.

Formula Actions

  • Edit
    Allows you to edit the formula and use it to create a new order.
    (This does not modify the original order.)

  • View
    View the formula details as ordered.

  • Re-Order
    Adds the formula directly to the cart.

Patient Product Summary

The Product Summary displays products that have been prescribed and ordered for the patient.

Product History Fields

  • Product Name
    The name of the product.

  • Order #
    The order number associated with the product. Click to view order details.

  • Order Date
    The date the product was ordered.

  • Ordered By
    Indicates whether the practitioner or patient placed the order.

  • Price
    The product price, excluding taxes and shipping.

Product Actions

  • Re-Order
    Adds the product directly to the cart.

  • Infosheet
    View, download, or email the infosheet to the patient or practitioner.

This section provides a complete view of patient ordering history, making it easy to review past prescriptions, repeat orders, and access related documents.
