Navigate to Admin → Patients → Add Patient to create a new patient record in your dispensary.

The Add Patient page allows the dispensary admin to quickly create a new patient profile. Once created, the patient can be associated with orders, practitioners, shipping addresses, and (if enabled) a patient account.
Click Add Patient.
Enter the patient’s:
First Name
Last Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Enter the patient’s shipping address.
Click Save to create the patient record.
Only one shipping address can be added during initial patient creation.
After the patient record is created, you may add additional shipping addresses from the patient profile (e.g., home, office, or alternate locations).
First Name and Last Name are required by default.
Phone Number can be made mandatory through your dispensary settings.
Email address is recommended for order communication, payment links, and notifications.
Creating a patient record ensures accurate order tracking, communication, and fulfillment throughout your dispensary workflow.
