Navigate to Admin → Practitioners → Find Practitioner → View Profile → Profile to view and manage practitioner details.

The Practitioner Profile contains general account information for an individual practitioner. Most of this information originates from the practitioner’s registration form.
The Dispensary Admin can edit all profile fields.
Practitioners can edit their own profile information from their account.
Only the admin can edit the practitioner’s email address, as it is a primary account identifier.
The following fields can be viewed and updated from the Profile tab:
First Name
Last Name
Email (admin only)
Password
Clinic Name
Website Address
Mobile Phone Number
Phone Number
Education
Tax Exempt Status
Governing Organization
Practitioner Type
Account Status (Active or Inactive)
Active – Practitioner can log in and use the system.
Inactive – Practitioner access is disabled without deleting the account.
Changing the account status takes effect immediately.
Keep practitioner contact information up to date for accurate communication.
Use Account Status to temporarily disable access instead of deleting the practitioner.
Tax exemption and governing organization fields are commonly used for reporting and compliance.
Email changes should be handled carefully, as they affect login credentials and notifications.
The Practitioner Profile page gives admins full control over practitioner account details while allowing practitioners to manage their own profile information where permitted.
