Shipping Addresses

Practitioner Shipping Addresses

Navigate to Admin → Practitioners → View Practitioner Profile → Addresses to manage practitioner addresses.

The dispensary admin can add or modify practitioner addresses from the admin interface. Practitioners can also manage their own addresses directly from their practitioner account.


Viewing Practitioner Addresses

  1. Go to Admin → Practitioners.

  2. Search for and select the practitioner.

  3. Open the practitioner’s profile.

  4. Click the Addresses tab to view all addresses associated with the account.


Editing a Practitioner Address

  1. Locate the address you want to update.

  2. Click the Edit icon next to the address.

  3. Update the address information as needed.

  4. Click Save to apply the changes.


Adding a New Address

  1. In the Addresses tab, click Add New Address.

  2. Enter the practitioner’s new address details.

  3. Click Save.


Notes

  • Multiple addresses can be stored for a single practitioner (e.g., clinic, home, shipping location).

  • Keeping practitioner addresses up to date ensures accurate shipping and fulfillment.

  • Changes made by the admin or practitioner take effect immediately, but will not alter existing orders that used the old address


This section provides flexible address management while maintaining accurate shipping information for practitioner orders.
