Navigate to Admin → Settings → Zones to manage geographic zones used throughout your dispensary.
A zone represents a geographic region and can include:
Country
State or Province
City or Town
ZIP or Postal Codes
Your dispensary is preloaded with common countries and standard zones.
Custom zones allow you to define specific geographic areas that can be reused across your dispensary settings, such as for taxes or shipping rules.
Click Add Zone.
Complete the zone creation form.
Enter a Zone Name and set the zone to Active.
Locate your newly created zone and click Rules (green button).
Click Add Rule.
Define the rule by selecting a Country, State/Province, City/Town, or by entering specific ZIP/Postal Codes (separated by commas).
Custom zones are useful when you need to apply rules that do not match existing geographic definitions.
A common use case is applying taxes to specific ZIP or postal codes when a standard country or state-level zone is not sufficient.
