Patient Saved Credit Card
Add a Patient Saved Credit Card
Navigate to Admin → Patients → Open Patient Profile → Credit Cards to manage saved payment methods.
Patients may securely save credit cards in their patient account. Admins can also add or delete saved credit cards on behalf of a patient.
Requirements
Saved credit card functionality must be enabled with your credit card processor.

If you are unable to add a saved card, contact your payment processor to confirm that vault / tokenized card storage is enabled.

In some cases, this setting can be enabled directly from your processor’s dashboard without contacting support.
Add a Saved Credit Card (Admin)

Open the patient profile.

Select the Credit Cards tab.
In the Add a New Saved Credit Card section, enter:

Cardholder name
-
Credit card number
-
CVV
-
Expiry date
-
Click Submit.

The card will appear in the Saved Credit Card List.
Add a Saved Credit Card (Patient Account)
The admin may log in as the patient, or the patient may complete these steps themselves.

Click the dropdown menu using the patient’s name in the top-left corner.

Select Payment Settings.

Click Add New Credit Card.
Enter:

Cardholder name
-
Credit card number
-
CVV
-
Expiry date
-
Click Submit.
Saved credit cards allow for faster checkout and easier payment collection while maintaining secure payment handling.
