Add a Supervisor

A supervisor is a practitioner with approval authority over formulas and products submitted by students.

Steps to Add a Supervisor

  1. Create a new practitioner
    If the practitioner does not already exist, create a new practitioner account.

  2. Open the practitioner profile
    If the practitioner already exists, go to Admin → Users → Practitioners and open their profile.

  3. Change the role to Supervisor
    Update the Role field to Supervisor and save the profile.

  4. Assign students to the supervisor
    Once the role is set to Supervisor, a Supervisor tab will appear in the profile.
    From this tab, you can add one or more student accounts to be overseen by this supervisor.

After setup, the supervisor will be able to review, approve, or reject formulas and products submitted by their assigned students.
