Add Inventory
Navigate to Admin → Inventory → Add to add stock to your dispensary.
As you purchase additional inventory, you must record it in the system to ensure accurate stock tracking. The Add Inventory page allows you to manually add quantities to single herbs, premix formulas, and products.
Important: This section is only for adding stock to existing items.
If an item does not already exist in your dispensary, you must add it first by using Add Single Herb, Add Premix Formula, Add Product, or Add Herb Product.
Instructions to Add Inventory
In a new row, begin typing the name of the herb, product, or premix.

You may also scan a barcode, if available.

If the same item exists with multiple ingredient types, ensure you select the correct type.

Enter the quantity, lot number, and expiry date (optional), then click Submit.

Lots shown in red indicate closed lots. If you add stock to a closed lot, it will automatically reopen.
You will be redirected to a confirmation page showing exactly what was added.

Review and confirm the inventory changes.

If you do not see a confirmation page, the inventory has not been added.

If a mistake was made, you can delete the transaction or modify the added quantity directly from the confirmation page.

To add additional inventory, return to the Add Inventory page and repeat the process.
Notes

If the lot number already exists, the new quantity is added to that lot.

If the lot number does not exist, a new lot is automatically created.

All inventory changes can be reviewed in Inventory History at
Admin → Inventory → Inventory History.
This process ensures accurate lot tracking, expiration management, and inventory reporting across your dispensary.
