Automatic Discounts

Navigate to Admin → Discounts → Automatic Discounts.

An automatic discount reduces the price of one or more products or formulas by either a percentage or a flat amount, without requiring a discount code.

By default, these settings apply to all practitioners in your dispensary. You may also create practitioner-specific automatic discounts. Instructions for practitioner-level discounts are available separately.

Enable Automatic Discounts

Automatic discounts must be enabled before they can be applied.

To turn on automatic discounts:

  1. Go to Admin → Discounts.

  2. Select the Automatic Discounts tab.

  3. Enable the feature.

Once enabled, automatic discounts will apply to every practitioner in your dispensary unless otherwise specified.

Create an Automatic Discount for Products

To create an automatic discount for products:

  1. Click the Products tab.

  2. Enter the discount amount as either:

    • A percentage, or

    • A fixed (flat) amount.

  3. Select the products the discount should apply to, or choose All Products.

  4. Click Save.

Create an Automatic Discount for Formulas

To create an automatic discount for formulas:

  1. Click the Formulas tab.

  2. Enter the discount amount as either:

    • A percentage, or

    • A fixed (flat) amount.

  3. Select the formula builders the discount should apply to.

  4. Click Save.
