Navigate to Admin → Discounts → Automatic Discounts.
An automatic discount reduces the price of one or more products or formulas by either a percentage or a flat amount, without requiring a discount code.
By default, these settings apply to all practitioners in your dispensary. You may also create practitioner-specific automatic discounts. Instructions for practitioner-level discounts are available separately.

Automatic discounts must be enabled before they can be applied.
To turn on automatic discounts:
Go to Admin → Discounts.
Select the Automatic Discounts tab.
Enable the feature.
Once enabled, automatic discounts will apply to every practitioner in your dispensary unless otherwise specified.
To create an automatic discount for products:
Click the Products tab.
Enter the discount amount as either:
A percentage, or
A fixed (flat) amount.
Select the products the discount should apply to, or choose All Products.
Click Save.
To create an automatic discount for formulas:
Click the Formulas tab.
Enter the discount amount as either:
A percentage, or
A fixed (flat) amount.
Select the formula builders the discount should apply to.
Click Save.
