Documents - Product Record

Documents

The Documents section allows you to upload files that provide additional information about a product and can be made available to end users.

Common document types include:

  • Brochures

  • Infographics

  • PDF information sheets

Uploaded documents are displayed in the Practitioner Account on the product record page when viewing product details. Users may download these documents for reference.


Upload Documents

You can upload documents using either of the following methods:

  • Local Upload:
    Click Choose File and select a document from your computer.

  • URL Upload:
    Enter a public URL from Google Drive or Dropbox and click Submit.
    The link must be public; private links will not work.


Document List

All successfully uploaded documents will appear in the Document List, where they can be viewed and managed.

The following file formats are supported:

  • PDF

  • TXT
