A product infosheet is a printable information page used during order preparation. Infosheets are formatted for 8.5 × 11 inch paper and provide key details about a product.
Infosheets are optional. When enabled, practitioners may enter custom dosage and preparation instructions, which can be printed directly on the infosheet.
You can create one or more infosheets and assign them to products. During order preparation, the selected infosheet can be printed and included with the order.
Select the infosheet you want to associate with the product.
Choose from an existing infosheet, or
Click Add New to open the infosheet designer and create a new one
If you create a new infosheet, refresh the page to ensure it appears in the selection list.
This setting controls whether practitioners are allowed to enter their own dosage instructions for the product.
When enabled, practitioners can write custom dosage instructions.
When disabled, the custom dosage field is hidden.
You may choose to disable this feature if you do not have a clear method for communicating practitioner-written instructions to the end user. Custom dosage instructions can be shared by:
Printing them on the infosheet, or
Using the copy function available in the order view after an order is placed.
You may define default dosage instructions for the product.
These instructions are printed on the infosheet unless overridden by practitioner-entered custom dosage instructions.
Be sure to click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
You may also define default preparation instructions that will be printed on the infosheet.
There is no separate field for custom preparation instructions.
Practitioners may include preparation notes within the custom dosage instructions if needed.
Click Save at the bottom of the page to store your default preparation instructions.
