Label & Infosheet Display Settings

This page lets you control what practitioner information appears on labels and infosheets that are generated for your patients. These fields define how your contact details are presented on patient-facing documents.

Label Display Settings

You can customize:

  • Display Practitioner Name As – The name that will appear on labels and infosheets.

  • Display Email As – The email address shown to patients.

  • Display Website As – Your clinic or practice website.

  • Phone Number – The contact number printed on documents.

These values do not change your account login details—they only affect how your information is displayed to patients.

After making any changes, click Save Changes to apply them. All future labels and infosheets will use the updated information.

Use this section to ensure your branding and contact details are accurate and consistent across every order.

Infosheet Display Settings

The Infosheets tab controls what practitioner and clinic information appears on the patient infosheets that are included with each order. Infosheets typically contain preparation instructions, dosage guidance, and important notes for the patient, and these fields define the contact details shown on those documents.

Infosheets support a broader set of contact fields than labels, allowing you to display full clinic information.

You can customize:

  • Display Practitioner Name As – The practitioner name shown to the patient

  • Display Email As – The contact email on the infosheet

  • Display Website As – Your clinic or practice website

  • Phone Number – The contact phone number

  • Display Clinic Name As – The clinic or practice name

  • Display Street Address As – Primary street address

  • Display Street Address (cont.) As – Suite, unit, or apartment

  • Display City As

  • Display State As

  • Display Zip Code As

  • Display Country As

These values do not affect your account profile or login credentials—they only control what appears on patient-facing infosheets.

After making changes, click Save Changes to apply them. All future infosheets will reflect the updated information.

This separation between Label and Infosheet settings allows you to keep labels concise while providing full clinic contact details on patient instruction sheets.
