The My Profile page is where you manage your personal and professional information within the system. Keeping this information accurate ensures smooth communication, proper account verification, and correct display across orders and documents.
This page is divided into two main tabs:
Basic Info – Update your contact details, credentials, and clinic information.
Password Update – Change your login password.
In the Basic Info tab, you can review and edit:
First Name / Last Name
Email ID – This is your login username and primary contact email. For security reasons, your email address cannot be changed from within your account—if you need to update it, please contact your dispensary administrator to request the change.
Mobile Number
Work Phone Number
Clinic Name
Web Address
Education Qualification
Governing Organization
Practitioner Type
License Upload – Upload, view, download, or replace your license file.
License Expiry Date – Required to keep your credentials current.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
After making changes, click Save to apply your updates.
On the right side of the page, you can upload a profile photo.
Click Upload Photo to add or change your image.
Supported formats: JPG / PNG
Maximum width: 2000px
Your photo may appear on dashboards, orders, and other areas of the system.
Use the Password Update tab to change your login password at any time. This is recommended periodically for security.
The My Profile page ensures your practitioner account stays accurate, verified, and up to date, helping maintain smooth operations and compliance within your dispensary.
