Practitioner Registration Form Settings

The practitioner registration form allows practitioners to apply for an account directly through your dispensary website. As the dispensary admin, you have full control over the form fields, approval process, and messaging.

Accessing the Registration Form

Practitioners can access the registration form using the following URL.
Replace XXXXXXXX with your dispensary’s username:

https://XXXXXXXX.dispensarytree.com/?page=register

This link can be shared directly or added to your website.

Practitioner Self-Registration

Practitioners can register for their own account by completing the registration form.
The fields shown and which fields are required are fully controlled by the dispensary admin.

To configure form fields (show/hide, required status, labels, and order), use the Practitioner Registration Form settings.

Practitioner Approval Workflow

All practitioner registrations require admin approval before the account becomes active.

What the Practitioner Sees

  • After submitting the registration form, the practitioner is shown a confirmation message.

  • You can customize this message by going to:
    Admin → Settings → Websites → Text Boxes → Register Success Page

Any text entered here will be displayed immediately after registration.

What the Admin Sees

  • Newly registered practitioners appear in:
    Admin → Users → Practitioners → Unapproved Practitioners

  • The admin will also receive a notification in the top menu bar.

  • Clicking the notification takes you directly to the new practitioner’s profile.

Approving a Practitioner

  1. Open the practitioner profile from the Unapproved Practitioners list or notification

  2. Toggle the Approve switch to ON

  3. Save the profile

Once approved:

  • The practitioner account becomes active

  • A welcome email is automatically sent to the practitioner

You can edit the welcome email by going to Notification Settings.
