Practitioner Website Settings

The Practitioner Website settings allow you to control global behavior and requirements for practitioner accounts, helping ensure consistency, security, and data quality across your dispensary.
Available Settings
Select how dates are displayed throughout the Admin and Practitioner websites.
This affects order dates, reports, and other date-based fields.
Show Terms and Conditions After First Login
When enabled, practitioners are required to review and accept your Terms and Conditions the first time they log in to their account.
Force Change Password After Accepting Terms & Conditions
If enabled, practitioners must change their password immediately after accepting the Terms and Conditions.
This enhances account security, especially for newly created or admin-generated accounts.
Force Patient Phone Number
When turned on, practitioners are required to enter a patient’s phone number when creating or editing a patient profile.
This helps ensure reliable contact information for notifications, verification, and order-related communication.
Practitioner Favicon
Upload or change the favicon for the practitioner website.
The favicon is the small image displayed in the browser tab when a practitioner is logged in.
