Navigate to Admin → Practitioners to remove a practitioner from your active practitioner list.
Go to Admin → Practitioners.
Search for the practitioner or locate them in the practitioner list.
Click the Delete icon in the Actions column next to the practitioner’s name.
When prompted, confirm the action by clicking OK.
If a practitioner is deleted by mistake:
Click Deleted Practitioners in the top-right corner of the page.
Locate the practitioner in the deleted list.
Click Restore to return the practitioner to the active list.
Practitioners are never permanently deleted from the system.
Deleting a practitioner removes them only from the active practitioner list.
This design ensures that historical and sensitive health-related data remains protected and accessible if needed.
This approach provides flexibility and data safety while allowing you to manage practitioner access effectively.
